I get several cold contacts from recruiters per week. Usually the job opportunity they're touting is within the ballpark of what I do. Today I got one presenting a position that's almost too close to what I do.... It's at my current company.

I had an interesting conversation with a colleague of mine this week, "Hsu". He's a fellow solutions architect. We overlapped briefly at another small software company three years ago.
